Sunny - My Aunt Dawn taught me to paint when I was in grade 9.
Guess I was a late bloomer. My aunt was a character and I sooooooo loved her! One summer during a block party, she carried a ladder down the street with some oil paint and changed the street sign. Instead of 'Stonepath Crescent' she changed it to, 'StoneDpath Crescent'. She was funny. Thanks for the memory.

I hear ya...In recent months I started doing both again and feel so much
better, but dang, it's tough when there's too many other things that are pressing for your time.

Rarely. I did for a while, but when life started becoming more complicated...work, kids, etc. It became very difficult to find the time and the peace I need to do it. Kinda the same reasons that I don't meditate much lately.
