I do like it there in Ontario, We visited once and enjoyed the city, Perhaps in the future we will return for another visit. Maine is a good place too, I have relatives in Springvale, simple little town butfriendly.

Lou, a month in a quiet location would be great..we'd likely pick Maine
stateside, or northern Ontario here in Canada...cozy fireplaces a must..

I think you would love CA in Oct....but Maine and Vermont offer more color...You enjoy yourself where ever you go my friend..
