Thank you I appreciate your insight, I agree to a certain degree. The main point here is the comercialization, of the health care industry in Nursing homes. Whether, a person should be provided with quality care, and not be attached to such institutional degrading aspects such as being awaken at 3:00 AM for a shower, I certainly wouldn't want to be treated this way. Today, it is the norm to look for nursing homes, for an elderly. almost like live- in baby sitters / housekeepers. We just see the convinience of having someone else deal with these issues for what ever reason we have. Thank you for your compliment as well.

Althought most of the elderly sent to homes have done nothing wrong
and their kids are just ingrates....there are a lot too that abused their children. I don't like to see anyone treated injustly, and I think you guys who work there should be payed more. But you do have to realise that sometimes those people were sshotty parents and that's why their kids put them there....but you're doing a wonderful job!!!
