Maj, you always manage to see both sides of the equation. Thanks for putting in a word for my mom. By many standards she would be regarding as a very good mother.

There's a parallel.

Flying into flak and fighters, versus terminal cancer; parallel in that there is an overwhelming sense of having lost the initiative in a deadly sense.

He must have seen something in your mom over the years.
