With me, I have been the pacifist that everybody walks all over, but I have all the stresses of an angry person. Now, it is getting worse. I used to revel in brinksmanship and now, after two divorces and a shattered professional life, my blood pressure is the highest it has ever been. When I was in high school, people had trouble getting a pulse from me in science class and the doctors and nurses would get at most 110/70. Now I am on Norvasc and can't get much below 130/80.

Ms Banks, wow, what a piece - you shoot from the hip alright. Now, I
have something for you. Most people out there are bundles of conditioned responses - you press their buttons, they go off, just how you knew they would. With practice, you can outgrow this, remain calm and let them look like the fool. Anyways, no-one is perfect, but good luck on your journey. SSS
