Sometimes I think "we" are just a little over the edge about the human
body, nudity, etc. A bit uptight, isn't it, to consider streaking a sex offense? Or peeing outdoors - which has gone on for millions of (or 5,000) years depending on your theory about evolution/creation, etc. On the other hand, registering sex offenders hasn't stopped the real offenders.

In Kentucky, If a man gets caught peeing outside...public exposure.....
and he's placed on the registered sex offenders list........even a teenage boy.......

Sure the poor 'oul fella, bit of a simpleton really. I feel sorry for him,
he's a bit thick really, but harmless. He doesn't deserve the label, or the exposure as such (pardon the weak attempt at humour).
Make him do community service or something.

I see no reason why he should be charged as a sex offender. I do not think anyone should run on a school track in the nude at anytime of the day or night. But that is not what I call a sex offender.
