Nanaroooooooooooo...
Just imagine the acceleration of that shuttle and they can't even run it full throttle for the first bit! Then free floating and looking down at our lovely planet. Maybe if we all could do that things would be different!

Nanaroo - Yup. In the 80's. Loved it because all I wanted to do was get
down back to earth. ha ha. Had the same feeling at the Empire State Building, but they wouldn't let me.
I stopped jumping during a time where my own jumpmaster and several others careened along the Rocky Mountains in Western Canada. A freak wind blossomed and he plummeted (sp?) into the face of a mountain. I was done then.

Well, you know, I've been a teacher for many years and am a pretty adventurous person- and gee, I've flown planes and I drive a motorcycle. I've always dearly loved Science subjects and would like nothing more than to go into space!!! I'm probably too old though, doggone it.
