I think is a big key in faith. Something a lot of people don't take into consideration. I don't folllow an organised faith or a "church" simply because I don't know, no body does. But I think what you said in those two lines is excellent. It doesn't matter, so long as we do what's right

Interesting way of putting it. Love in Action! That is also a yogic path... of service to your fellow man. Read my blog on helping others. Is it the same thing you are saying?

There are two emotions; love and fear.  Living in fear and all the negatives associated with it is no way to live, IMO.  Hope is even a negative because it leaves room for doubt. Love is the only emotion that can give us power. It's locked in and air-tight, uplifting, and the surest path to happiness.  "What would love do now?" is a great way to approach choices.

True observation. Seems that happiness and 'ripe old age' are not phrases much cherished anymore.

The scariness that the lonliness of being powerlessness
is something that most people would rather deny. But how can anyone not notice that the word future rarely rings out in good context  or pointing in the direction of reaching old age happily securely and surrounded by the ones you care about deeply.

Future is used referring to technology and complexity and ..........
