Justi, it is your blog and I shall respect that........He seems to be following me around lately and making statements to discredit me......It's your choice not mine......You have pointed out the "need" for government for me............We the people.......in order to form a more perfect union.........Ect.........People with a need........The need for a more perfect union, formed a government so the government could do something for them......assure them of a more perfect union........Thank You........

Thomas Welch:
No they had a better plan for meedting the needs of the country without asking us to do it. I have just posted on this. You are being a bit sharp to another commenter here.

You are doing it now - speaking out. Getting to know what is, could be and is not being done in our government. Say so and others will at least come to the forefront and see for themselves what is true.

Corbin.......Then why did they found this government.......was it a hobby for them.....maybe they were just bored.......They were asking for something when they founded our government.......a better situation perhaps.........You have shown what you really know........

I have tried to comment on this post 2 times. To be honest I don't know what to say  about all of this. Like you I am appalled at the falling of the bridge in Minnesota.. but I am also ashamed that it happened in the first place. I can scream at the politicians for not 'fixing' that bridge or not 'fixing' the war on terror or not doing what ever thing I am upset about in this country. But really.. we are a country who claims to be of the people and by the people and for the people.. I am one of those people. You point out that our country's infrastructure has been decaying for 40 years, who's fault is that? What did I do or could I have done to prevent that terrible tragedy? Thank you for writing this. ~Peace, OTA

But all the rest of us are supposed to pay for their infrasturcture. Sportx have ceased long ago to be about a fun game, they are crime and big business.

Justi......
This same community  recently voted to allow a new sales tax to build a new baseball stadium and are considering  $100's of millions for a new football stadium.......who's priorities are misdirected here?

Re:
I seriously doubt that a single one of the founding fathers of this nation would ask the government for one damned thing.

Aaaaaaa! But where is the world actually been steered towards???

There is an underlying something lurking beneath the surface of life! Look how the news is presented good and bad mixed up, brainwashing into an abstract head!  Where does one find "proper" politicians?? Africa? Europe? Are they propelled by the masses? Don't think so... for the grrrrrrrrs of life

  for those that try

Its just that old thing again, politics.

I agree with this whole heartedly. The best thing we can do for our country is to get honest about politics and hold their noses to the grindstone until they get honest. Thank you for the comment.

Thank you dear, yes it would help.

Yes I agree......I know Kennedy said "It's not what your country can do for you, But what you can do for your country".......But I just can't help but feel that many founding fathers would say "If my government can't do anything for me, then why do I need a government?"..............
