I dont know but I talked to him a week ago and he sounded awful, he sounds sincere and what would he be gaining by having me hold on? I dont know just wish I could talk to him

Good Morning L.....I don't give advice unless I am asked. You know everyone
has an opinion but I think those that commented as they did were just looking out for you. Just do what your heart and mind tells you. I think people are concerned that he is making this up and not really sick. If that's the case, then I say dump his ass but if he's really sick you have another problem.....is he a hypochnodriac or is he REALLY sick? I would give it time..he can't be sick forever! You can pick good advices
When you have problem, and consult with your friends or family. You can have diverse advices or opinions. You will be overwhelm, if you try to digest and process all of them in brain. You just need sometime alone and think what's the best advice for your situation? They can only help you, but you are still the decision maker

It's good to know there are still caring and good-hearted people in this
world.
One of my biggest fears is becoming old and not being able to take care of myself, maybe because I fear being left alone.
This situation you're going through is a very difficult one. Your good nature is telling you not to abandon this man. You're thinking of his well being. That is very noble of you. But is this what you really want? It's a difficult choice and I wish I could help but I probably couldn't decide myself.
