Food for thought indeed
although I tend to discount the words "If only" from my vocabulary as they only lead to unnecessary negativity. Great piece!

All those "if only's" in life! I could write a book about that but you know
we can't beat ourselves up over "if only's" because that just holds you in a bad space. It should also be noted that if you live in the past, you have also kissed goodbye the future - think about it! If you are dwelling on "if only" from yester year the present time is running away. IT IS SO DEPRESSING! All things lead us back to Faith, someone (Emerson probably) once said. All I know is that the magic is in the now. I get depressed if I look back too much, although there is a lot of hapiness too. Thanks for posting this and I think the broach (sp?) would look quite good.
