Just a thought. I've known several men who needed intimacy monthly. The male-bonding complaints about woman, so I've been told are just men talking and agreeing with one another regarding their....ah...prose. I've known many, many woman whose husbands/boyfriends/part-time lovers are not so...ah...healthy. ~Blessings~
And I raised two sons without fathers, so all we can do is our best. My boys (men now) are both healthy & well adjusted young men. ~Blessings~

Well, (thanks for the comment on my post)...here it is: I don't know
how long you 2 have been together but there are a 3 possibilities:
1) he's gay
2) he's got some of that and has lost interest
3) he's really really too sweet to intrude on your sleep on a work night.
I'm often guilty of #2.
I hope it works out if you really like this guy.
