Dark Heart.....sweetheart you must learn to love yourself....
Don't give in to the self doubt....find a quality in you and start there liking you from the inside out. Go on a walk anywhere, and on that walk find something to make you smile everyday....soon one thing will be two and three....and you will find a wonderful person inside. Smiles are contagious....try it I dare ya....
