Hi, Dave.!
True--I have not been writing lately--just not so much in the mood... rarely feel that what is going on in my personal life is of much interest generally--though I admit to being fascinated or at least caught up by it.
But last week I got this laptop, finally, and now the thrill is sitting in a public place where things from outside my usual personal surround might possibly happen... Yes, at 54, I am still waiting confidently (?) to be discovered... And though I have other things to do on this toy, this is the one that is most luxurious: going online away from my home wiring!
Have yet to try IMing...

There is an interesting theory about emotions that suggests
that we may actually deploy them intelligently in order to achieve our goals. Much in the say way that our mouths just open and words seem to flow out without a lot of forethought, so the theory suggests that we similarly emit our emotions. Hence, an emotion like anger could be emitted with a conscious objective.

True enough, Foliage Gold, sometimes anger is the filter we hide something
else behind that we are more afraid to confront!

Ciel - Fascinating! I was an angry person when I was earlier, but have
since learned that anger is a mask for pain, so I try to find the source of the pain and work it through. I rarely get angry now.
