Does not the observable fact that such creatures as crocodiles, alligators and a whole bewilderinjg variety of amphibians and batrachians do so prove that at some time in the past such creatures felt the need/had an incentive/were driven to develop legs, and enter an alien environment?

Really, what is so odd about that? One can easily postulate a number of reasons for them having done so ; only one of which is dwindling food supply.overpopulation of their natural environment, and the observation of richer picking outside it.

There's nothing complex or supernatural in such phenomena ; nor do they prove or disprove the existence of God/gods/ guiding forces.

Without wishing to be thought insulting, I really must say that on the (admittedly rare ) occasions that I read your posts I stand amazed at the towering edifices that you erect upon the flimsiest of foundations.

You offer mere assertion as " proof " of your highly suspect theories, and in rebuttal one could,if one could be bothered, offer a dozen counter assertions. But what woulod be the point?

I have never seen any merit in discussing such metaphysical questions as how many angels may dance, or even copulate upon the point of a pin.

Re: organic material exists throughout the Universe.

Let me try to clarify my own opinion on the likehood that any process of Evolution could explain the origin of all "things" including life, itself (Please note this: I know that no such claim is even made by the proponents of Evolution), the latter of which is my main objective.  First of all, I don't give a "flying leap at a rolling doughnut" whether "things" or "we," were created by a super-intelligent "God," aliens from outer space, or some form of Evolution, or in some other way in which no one of us has yet imagined!  Which ever way it might have been, I just want to know.  To my way of thinking, this could not have happened in the simplistic and illogical manner described in the Bible, and since the Theory of Evolution easily has as many "holes" in it as the Biblical one does, I have long ago rejected it as well.  In other words, why should I abandon one set of holes for another set of holes or "jump from the frying pan into the fire?"

I have already stated my belief that the existence of an etenally-existing God in possession of unimaginable high technology is the most logical conclusion and answers many, many more of my questions than any other available construct.  Therfore, this is the construct of my choice.  All other choices must rely upon some sort of magical and unintelligent "causes."  In my opinion, all attemps to explain the existence of the universe and things within it without the direction of a super-intelligence, are just examples of "spitting or pi$$!#@ in the wind!"

organic material exists throughout the Universe.
huge clouds of Amino Acids and proto-life

what is yet to be discovered is the process whereby these became life.

is it difficult?  is it easy?

than again, living cells being discovered elsewhere in our solar system would lend support to Evolution.

it is not really that Evolution is unfounded; simply it is that certain aspects of the process remain yet unknown.

what is known of Evolution -- the evidence -- is highly supportive however.

primarily humans and their interactions.

read some in my GOD AS THE UNIVERSE AS AN ORGANISM.
