- Go to First American Muslim Congressman Compares Bush to Hitler
Xenox, you haven't changed a bit!
You've been missed, good buddy. Here, let me give you some homework. Read the ofllowing links about executive privilege and, assuming it was acceptable for Bubba the Letcher to invoke it, tell me where President Bush is wrong to do likewise:

problem is Bush's actions (and Cheney's) could lead some to this conclusion
to go so far as Mr. Ellison did might be a little far fetched.
however, Bush et al. have used 9/11 for an excuse for invasions and violations of human rights and domestic suppression.
and they continue to attempt to circumvent the Constitution -- holding to Executive Privelege like a security blanket.
Lets see, maybe we might not compare Bush to Hitler, but to the one president to use Executive Privelege and thumb his nose at Congress to quite an extent -- that one would have been impeached had he not resigned and his successor pardoned him.
But it seems that president to whom we would compare Herr Bush, Richard Nixon, doesn't seem to hold a candle to the violations of Herr Bush.
shows how more subtle this one is.
there is a figure in the bible that is called "subtle".
hmmm
