i agree somewhat
but you also have to understand that in ANY workplace, employees and employers do not eat together. they have a WORK relationship. so no matter how much your boss likes you, you're not going to be on an equal level with him ever. it is the same with servants. you could like your servants, you could give them respect and all that, but they are still working for you and choose to be working for you and can not expect to be treated like family. it's not because they are less than the people they work for. it is just because they are there for a job, not for socialization. anyway, just my opinion. thanx 4 your comment on my poem. glad you liked it.
