Good advice!
Like you, I forget sometimes that I'm in here too, and my needs are as important as every one else's. For those of us with a strong desire to help those around us we tend to get locked into a cycle of self-denial, and find ourselves with problems of our own and no one to help us out of them. It doesn't mean we should stop helping those who truly need it, but like you said, we should definitely take the time to make sure that we take care of ourselves first.
