seriously... i am sitting here at 1:11 a.m., wondering what I have gotten myself into. In the end it will be good. My mom reminded me tonight, of summers in an Oklahoma kitchen with humidity so high and no fan or air conditioner while two canners went at once...
I am fairly fortunate!

it's so dang hot here now
I couldn't can even if I knew how!! I can't imagine doing that in my already overheated kitchen.
