How cold and terrible
Considering her age and circumstance, she should have been offered help with her yard; maybe neighbors, family, friends tapped to assist. Or just left alone.

There are always complaints from the cops that they have too few workers
and time to really enforce crime and clean up the streetes. this sounds like time wasting to me...

In this country, cops get it drilled into their heads at Police College to use
discretion in the exercise of their duty. Of course, some just don't get it! That seems to have been the case with the idiot who arrested that woman...
