Two thoughts: 1) donating your art to charity is a GOOD thing.. and
2) Worrying about what's "appropriate" is death to art. That little censor on your shoulder, whispering in your ear will take away your expressive gifts.  Paint what you want, what you love, the joy and heart that go into your work make it appropriate and then some!

Paint whatever is in your heart and on your mind, like always! That's great that you get to donate to charity! I 'donated' 4 to my best friend's 4-year-old twins' playroom when they were hear from Colroado! You know, because my paintings look like children did them. I so love to paint. It's a shame I'm not artistic!

That sounds wonderful, Mia!  Perhaps you could paint some of your brother's favourite things?  Maybe an angel or a cherub or some beautiful birds or flowers?

I'm so happy for you!

from a loved one who is more important than life .

That's wonderful news MiaElla. As for what to paint...why not just go with
your intuition, start painting and see what happens.
