I'm so sorry, I know how you feel. When my little girl was burned, getting
any after care help was hell while I was waiting for medicade to kick in. I actually had to do her dressings myself for 3 weeks when she was released, and when she first got out she had fresh skin grafts with about 300 staples in her arm and side. She would scream and I'd had to hold her down to clean her, and go through at least a hand towel soaked with blood each time. Nothing I could do, they did say if it were "that bad"...I could re-admit her to the burn center...which was 3 hours away. Fuckers. If it werent for her Peditrician writing her a script for codeine elixer, I don't know what I would have done. They don't care if you suffer, and to get help you have to be worse off. Life....

Sorry to hear about this Christy..Damn insurance companies will use
ANY excuse to get out of paying out! Have you seen Sicko yet? That's a real eye opener! Feel better!
