kooka_lives - I often wonder if those who suggest that not believing in
their God is promoting negativism, ever fully comprehend how negative their own perspective is?
What are the positives to be gleaned from telling people they have their heartfelt and honest beliefs all wrong? Then to become proactive in a smear campaign based on the unsupportable idea that "non belief equals inferior character or a lack of morality" doesn't seem all that positive an endeavor either. It is not likely that anyone capable of this level of obtuseness will ever quite grasp what a joke they are, especially when they claim to be representative of the complete opposite of that which is illustrated by their actions. But I like to think positive . . . maybe someday they will realize that lying, deception and slander are not positive or desirable traits. I don't however see that day on the horizon as I still see the same old idiocy in half baked logic, being recycled to "prove" that there is only one valid religious opinion in this world. Sadly and assuming that anything can be taken at face value (something I highly doubt), they still think that to tear down others in this fashion is somehow, in some inexplicable manner, promoting "goodness" . . . too friggin ridiculous.
