and besides, Hinduism was on this earth long before the other religions.

If not for the medieval genocide at the hands of the Muslims, which may have killed as many as 100 million of their number over 7 centuries, it is likely that they would be the world's largest religion today. Instead they are 3rd in size, collectively as large as any of the other religious sects in the world, except the catholics. . . and I have to agree that a number of the aspects of this religion are far better life guiding precepts than those found in many other religions.
