Naut, I was enjoying the trip immensely...and then I got stuck...my vision
of a Royal Canadian Mountie has been destroyed... and I am devastated that this Canadian icon ...this symbol of Canada who is no longer wearing a red coat with brass buttons, a broad brimmed hat, and tall black boots...this hero of the Canadian north I have held dear since childhood now wearing a turban (? good grief!) ... has been reduced to... to...something else! WHEN IS THIS PC MADNESS GOING TO END? I feel better now...

Thanks, Mary. How did I forget? Dunno, my mind sometimes tunes out bureaucratic stuff! The best (or worst) part is, I can't even find the damn sticker now...

Glad you like the ride! And our gas prices are higher than yours - down there I was paying $1.14 a litre, and even here in Ontario they're higher, yesterday I paid $1.03 per litre. And 3 1/2 litres would make about one of your gallons...
