reminds me of my grandmother. she would sit down with a small block of mild cheddar and a vidalia onion. Slice of onion + slice of cheddar and eat them...

Sounds great but I would make one change for me--grilled vidalia onion rings instead of garlic. I just love cheese and onions together.
