Bless you, Justi.  I have also seen my share of sunrises and sunsets, and they grow more precious by the moment joab

Justi, I almost missed this due to infrequent blogging, then Mary mentioned
it.  All I can say is Amen.  All the superficial worries and concerns of youth are truly history.  Just recently I visited a friend and I probably wasnt looking my best.  But neither was she but I felt loved and wrapped in an amazing warmth.  Another mutual friend came over and promptly questioned why I was looking so awful.  I found that hilarious and when my daughter and I left we couldnt help giggling about it in the car.  In the past that would have warranted depression, some painful makeover with hours of hairdressing ,dieting etc.  maybe even a new wardrobe.  Oh, the joy of growing older and the realisation that Im so much more than just an age.or an appearance.

I don't write all this some I do but mostly I seek out beautiful things others have written that I think will encourage and lift people up.

You are so right - it is about truly living. My largest expansion has been in interests just from themselves, change in values based on different out look much more than in youth.

Fabulous post!!!  So often we get hung up on that aging face in the mirror or the expanding hips versus the richness in our soul which comes with aging, maturing, and truly living.

Justi - This is utterly extraordinary!
Can I come to your house?  You are a fascinating and beautiful woman.  God Bless You.  Would you mind if I show this to Momma?  I think she'll like it.
