How to guide an adult child? Dunno luv it's beyond me
I do know that hygiene is good though. In my career I had to tell young nurses sometimes that their odour was making the patient gag. I gave a lecture on personal hygiene to one group of students and it was taken back to Sydney University and has become part of the curriculum. But your own child......now that's in the really hard to do book. Good luck.

Adult children are often an enigma to loving parents who want so much for them and find it hard to be patient with their bent. All I know for sure is that nagging never helps anything.

wow... when I read what she wrote, I was deeply touched. I can't imagine reading something so unexpected from my own grown child though... There is a gift hidden deeply in your girl!

great post!
I don't think you've lost your magic at all, but perhaps you can't see it being so enmeshed in your own life? As to deodorant killing your daughter's magic, LOL...no, it won't but it would sure make her magic smell a lot better.
