It's everywhere! It's everywhere! stopophobia, that is...
City "fathers" who think they can legislate away inconvenient behaviors... Some small town around here a few years back passed a law that animals couldn't mate in public. I'm sure all the animals who read the law were in compliance...

A hotbed of liberalism Berkley may be, Corbin, but that is usually
associated with the university and its students. Still, given tradition, this seems most hypocritical. However, none of those things listed are allowed in most cities (public urination, defecation, sleeping on the streets), so I don't see it as particularly damning, just sort of amusing...
