Thanks, I am having a great day. Yes there is posturing and playing until they learn, when will that be?

As you know, I cannot comment on your politics, but I will say however, that it sounds like a lot of posturing is going on.  Hope you're having a lovely day.

I agree, it is a rare and wonderful gift. The way it is now is much like stealing the ladie's jewels and sticking around for dinner.  Thanks for the read and the comment.

R-68 says it for me...couldn't have put it any better. There is one exception though...I would like to see a probationary period for all immigrants. No need in granting citizenship and then having to pay for their sorry prison terms, etc. Being an American is a privilege...it should be earned.... not given...

I agree totally. I think they should go one further. The rich who hire them as household and garden workers without taking any taxes should have to come up with all the tax money they should have taken and their people deported who are illegal. I suggest all employers have to go through agencies and the agencies be checked and held liable for every illegal who slips through the crack. Of course there will still be wrong doing but it will cut back a lot.

1) Fences or walls, whatever it takes!

2) Somehow, we need more people guarding the boarder - ready, willing, and eager to do their job!

3) SEVERE punishments for American businesses, who hire illegal immigrants - and, yes, I know I'm going against the mighty Bill O'Reilly on this one - but I favor...

4) Large-scale deportations!

Great post!
