I'm thoroughly confused as to what is causing you to worry about me LLM. Seems to be developing into a habit!

Dave!!!
You're back! Well hope you'll be around Blogit some more. You have been missed. Yep he was a great writer (he even visited Australia). Not sure of the middle name spelling myself.

I was lucky enough to see a fairly extensive exhibition of his photos in Vegas (of all places!) and the photos that really struck me were simple photos where the branches of trees, for example, had a luminous quality. They mentioned, in the documentary, that he was quite experimental in the ways that he developed his photos.. very much interested in creating an impressionistic effect in the final print.

Hope you slept well Peachy. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I'm beginning to get worried about you again. I know...I must be so annoying to you some days.
Anyway, yes, I love llamas, too!
Do email me when you get the time. Keep well.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Samuel Langhorn Clemens one myself.
Marvellous writer.
Or was it Longhorn?

I know your post was more on Burns, but I had to comment about Adams. For my birthday my husband took me to an Adams display, which was visiting my local museum. There are a handful of his photos which have led his name to becoming almost Cliche'. It's fascinating, but anyway a rant will not head this comment in the right direction! :)
There were photos he had though, (my favorite being the wallpaper shot. I can't remember it's official title, because of course you can't find it ANYWHERE!) which I'd never seen before. Many of there were far more artistically unique and beautiful then most of his overly popular snapshots. I imagine it would be a great documentary!
