The credit card thing is a two headed sword
If they took the charge improperly then your daughter is responsible for what amounts to theft.
Much better to approach tthe corporate customer service. They're all about making people happy. The customer is always right and all that.

Well, I hope the hotel does NOT do that. It's not your fault.

my daughter told me there was a form that explains their policy but they didnt give her a copy and expected her to read it there as she was signing in, if its that important that informatiom should of been told to her at the time of check in and that shouldnt be considered the first warning. She was crushed and out in the street like that at 11. come on the party barley started much before 10. I will get them for using my card without my signature and the fact they didnt explain the rules to her

What a mess. So sorry it all happened that way. Becoming 'legal' at 21, well, this is sure one birthday she's not going to forget. You might want to go to your bank and have your card changed. You must be tired after all of this.

When you have a party at a hotel
There is a very important question that has to be asked. In this case the question to ask was how many visitors are allowed in the room, and at what time do the visitors have to leave?
When they say only 5 people in a room, it typically is assumed that means the number sleeping there overnight. It's not unusual to have "guests" and the hotel should have a policy to address this, otherwise you should have your party elsewhere.
As to what you do now? I would lend whatever comfort I could to my daughter(her graduation party was ruined and there's no 'do over' for a once in a lifet time thing).
Then I would contact the corporate office of the hotel and raise my complaints with them. You have a better chance of success with corporate customer service than you do with manager of the hotel.

its not just the money but this girl planned this party for months and he heart was broken when they wouldnt shut up and she herself got kick out of the hotel. I dont think it was right to throw a young lady out in the street like that. I will be calling the bank and the general manager of the hotel to complain.

this kind of chaos often happens when young people and booze is
mixed up. In new zealand we read about parties where people gatecrash up to 500 just by texing each other. so sorry about all the money spent.
