Truth.. although often painful.. is the only way to be free. When people say what is truth or where is truth or any other question about truth they are lookig in the wrong direction.. they are asking outside of themselves.. looking to others to define truth. Stop that and look inside you.. What is the truth of you? That is Truth.. and it WILL set you free.

Excellent post...Here is a litle poem about truth. I hope you will receive
it...
The truth
Not always welcome
But always sheds light
Not always pleasant
But always relevant
Often upsetting
Never boring
Revealing
And there is no
Mending or
Healing
Without it.
