Re: Wavvy Davvy

Sorry Justi!  I accidentally did that when I was learning the system.  I removed your name from the block list.  I don't have anyone on my block list.  I enjoy reading your posts.

I believe we are supposed to disagree on somethings that is what makes all of us grow. This is a very good comment. Why do you have me blocked from your post?

Re: Wavvy Davvy
You're absolutely right that it is government of the people, by the people and for the people.  If more people followed politics and voted; it's more likely that they would pass meaningful legislation.  Dishonesty and downright corruption would decrease.  The sad state of affairs regarding American politics is low voter turnout.  We have to hold their feet to the fire.  It's analagous to being a parent: if a parent doesn't care about their child or children; how is the kid supposed to care?  If the people don't vote or participate; many politicians will simply say that they have a free ride to do anything whether it be good or bad.  If the people don't care, the politicians won't care either.  I'm not referring to you or me or the other Blogit members who read and post articles in the News and Politics forum.  Although we disagree on some issues, I believe that we all care about the United States.

That is not their job. I am ready for them to learn that. They are to represent the people. It is a government of the people, by the people and for the people and they have forgotten that. I don't believe lies lead any one to any positive conclusions.

Re: Davvy Wavvy
This is politics.  Both sides lie about things.  The only thing that these people care about is accumulating, maintaining and increasing political power.

What I am saying is: You saw the video. All of them said the same thing President Bush said, some even openly supported him. Then they called him a liar for saying the same thing. I do not understand how they can do that. If you say the same thing I do and you get mad at me and call me a liar and change your mind. If it is a lie we both lied. That is first grade reasoning anyone who wants any justice in the world can understand that. It is not my opinion it is truth.

Re: Rewavvy Davvy

Justi: You're certainly entitled to the opinion that the Democrats are liars too.  In my opinion, believing someone elses lie doesn't make you a liar.

Rewavvy Davvy
It makes no difference why they lied or he liked in this. The point is all of them have called him a liar but cannot call themselves the same. It matters not what we presume or assume these quotations are what happened and their lies and his are equal in my mind.

I Dare All Bloggers To Watch This Whole Video And Respond

Justi: I watched the entire video.  Very interesting!  The Democrats believed Bush that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction.  Every intelligence report said that over and over again.  We went into Iraq because we couldn't find bin Laden.  If we found bin Laden after we drove the Taliban out of Afghanistan, do you think we would have gone into Iraq?  I doubt it!  Bush was just impatient.  The Bush Administration wanted the CIA to write intelligence reports that weren't true.  The Bush Administration and the CIA are complicit when it comes to lying concerning Iraq.  The Democrats just believed their lies and didn't want to be considered weak regarding terrorism.

I don't understand, either. My mom's fine, I'm fine, Percy's fine - hope you're feeling fine, too!

I pass no judgement ... God will do that. I question motives though.

I don't understand why people don't judge both themselves and the President by the same standard? Right is right and wrong is wrong. It will never go out of style, it is not old fashioned. Some people just want anarchy. Thanks for the read. Did you take your mom to the dr today? Is she okay?

That is true. I of course, will never have to worry about that, but I would not have the job for any amount of prestige, good I could do or money. It is the world's hardest I believe.

It often goes with the territory.  The person who has the authority to decide and to do, often are damned if they do and damned if they don't.  Every person who ever runs for President should be aware of that before they ever take office and willing to stand strong in spite of it, for it will happen.

It sure looks that way. I think that it is one's option to change their minds. However; I find it way hypocritical to call Bush a liar every time one of them open his/her mouth. When he only did what they did; the only difference being he had the power to do something and they did not. I don't believe in changing your so called facts to fit the possible vote getting. Thank you so much for your comment, read and opinion.

I think that most of these people shown on the video have changed their minds in the ensuing years and with what all has happened since and would just like to forget that they ever supported Pres. Bush in this war.
