I'm referring to people who have terminal illnesses and are hooked up to machines.  If a person is in that horrible situation and they make a will saying that they want the plug pulled ; no one should interfere with their wishes.

Also, I agree what you said about having a will. While taking a political science class two months ago, my professor told to a class full of people my age (or even younger) to prepare our wills, because anything can happen. I did learn a lot from him, not necessarily about politics (...), but he was very wise in giving life advices.

Coming from a family of 2 devoted, pro-life doctors - (my father, R.I.P. -  fought like a superwarrior to stay alive, battling cancer for 4 years), and one of my older brothers, I choose not support this - I sense the libertarian streak in you is stonger than it is in mine  - no problem!  Abortion, no! Putting brutal murderers to death, yes!
