Ack, how difficult it is trying to deal with these things. Drives me batty. What's even harder is when the person is speaking in a dialect or accent that I simply cannot understand. But what's with all the secrecy stuff? Boggles my mind. Hope you can straighten it out soon as I understand how annoying and frustrating it can be. Blessings to you.
