The only drawback is that I can't adjust the font at all. So I just went and programed the font color and size into my blog template, and it turns out pretty good.

It depends. For someone like me who is technically inclined, yes, it's fairly easy. For someone like my mother, not so technically inclined, she needs me to do things like set up her email accounts, and tell her how to use some of the stuff.
