You are so right, rain follows window washing. Last Monday evening we had almost an inch of rain. The garden looks great, and I didn't wash windows, but I did attempt to cut grass today and it was pretty wet.

Yest we planted about 20 tomato plants, celebrity, early girl, better boy and Rutgers... some of them have to make it. I plan on canning a few quarts.

Good for you! Did you plant any tomatoes? They are my favorite. My son and I planted a couple of them at his farm yesterday. He doesn't like them but bought me a couple plants anyway. Ah yes there is nothing like a veggie garden!!!
