Folks.... snails are a delicacy, did not you know?
I won't make many converts but i can tell they taste okay - drown in lashings of butter, garlic and herbs...eating the shell is optional of course. Thanks for reading.

What a sweet post. Once upon a time in a fancy restaurant, I ordered escargot and then found that I could not do it. Oh yes, I tasted one, but somehow, even thought I knew it was now impossible, I kept seeing two little antenae rising out of the melange of ingredients within the shell.

Yuk, you've convinced me to go on not eating them!
Actually, I would try them if they looked appealing enough, it would depend on how they were served. Are they very tasty?
