Well, they have an advantage in case of fire... Otherwise, those
ill-mannered twits need to shut their door. They call it being nosy or curious. I call it voyeurism. They call it "just letting in a cool breeze." I call it exhibitiionism. Although there is no law against it, this type of behavior shows the exhibitionist/voyeur that exists in some people, "I'm showing you mine, now show me yours" type of thing. Most people are too private for that sort of thing.
