I'll have to work on perfecting my blank smile then, proc.
Because right now, it kinda comes off as more of a vacant stare.

There are two different kinds, bandana ...
the ones who all have the same face, and the ones who do not.

After watching TLC's "Little People Big World", I've finally come to
accept the fact that they really don't look all the same (the Dad has 'big people' face)... or maybe he is an exception.

And thank you so much, also, Manda.

I appreciate you saying that.

That's an interesting theory, PatB.
And I wonder if perhaps his presence actually is a byproduct of a concerted effort to recruit in the dwarven community.

I do love your posts!!!!

Given the link between doughnuts and big fat it seems like good marketing
for Dunkin Donuts to put a little person behind their counter. If I were the franchise owner, I'd be looking for skinny Minnies and scarecrows, but chubby hubbies need not apply -- they'll have to work at Wally World.

And then they could wear those cute little baker's outfits, too, 8-ball.

LOL
I'm sure the big indusry can use a new ad starring midgets dunking Munchkins. LOL

You're most welcome, mademoiselle. I love to spell your name, Mmle

Yeah, I'm not a very confrontational person, littlemspickles.

Or, I should say, I am but only up to a certain point (when I run away).

posted by Mademoiselle on May 9, 2007 at 4:58 AM | link to this | reply

lol - you had me waiting with baited breath....
however, am glad it didn't end up with a confrontation of sorts!

For some strange reason, Whacky ... I'm allergic to Krispy Kreme donuts.
I don't know if it's the kreme they use, or whatever it is they put into the batter to make it krispy.

Thank you so much, Kabu.

I'm glad you enjoyed my little slice of life.

(I almost wrote "slice of lice" by accident just now; which would have given the comment a whole other meaning, actually.)

I've seen that show, too, Frankenkitty.

I don't get why they'd wish to be called "little people", though.

It sounds like something from Fisher Price.

posted by Mademoiselle on May 9, 2007 at 3:10 AM | link to this | reply

If he had said that, Scriber ...

I would have told the manager.

posted by Mademoiselle on May 9, 2007 at 3:06 AM | link to this | reply

That was a bit ackward...I wonder, does Krispy Kreme have donut holes?
A rose from me and another from Bo =^..^= meowf! ( Bo is learning catspeak.)

People thinks I'm nuts when I sit at the computer and giggle. But really what else can I do when I read your blog!

posted by Kabu on May 8, 2007 at 8:09 PM | link to this | reply

Well, that's an unusual
situation.  I believe they like to be called "little people", from what I've gathered on TLC.  I love Dunkin' Donuts.  I haven't been there in months!  Enjoy your munchkins

A little of both, actually, Justi.

posted by Mademoiselle on May 8, 2007 at 7:00 PM | link to this | reply

Well, but that would have been rude, Scriber.

posted by Mademoiselle on May 8, 2007 at 6:59 PM | link to this | reply

I like scriber's answer!

Do you think Dustin Hoffman is scary or extremely short?

posted by Justi on May 8, 2007 at 6:54 PM | link to this | reply

You could have said, "I'll have a dozen of those little dwarf thingys"

posted by scriber on May 8, 2007 at 6:51 PM | link to this | reply

That movie gets a bad wrap, strat, but it's actually underrated.
It's not necessarily good per se ... but it's not entirely horrible either.

posted by Mademoiselle on May 8, 2007 at 6:42 PM | link to this | reply

I don't know...ever since Ishtar....
well, that might have been Dustin Hoffman...

posted by strat on May 8, 2007 at 6:28 PM | link to this | reply

That's an excellent point, Gramsci!
