Julia, it's funny cause I think they know somehow.
They sniff my belly a lot and they are a bit more protective of me. Well, Stonci is, at least. Lindsey just lives in her simple Lindsey world still. hehe

LOL Sunnybeach! That is so true!
No bigger shoes yet...just bigger belly! I can honestly say that I am definitely becoming one who can genuinely empathize with anyone who has been preggers now! Yeeks!

Shelly,
Hey there! Again, sorry for the really late reply here. If ya see this, I hope you're doing well these days. I promise to catch up. Oh, and this kid has sure gotten bigger and HEAVIER! At only 6 months into this, I already feel like I have a lead-filled basketball in my tummy! (Oh, one that loves to sit on and kick my bladder.) Fun stuff.

Hi Lady!
Haven't seen you in a while. How are you doing? Well I guess as you are adapting or exploring these changes. My daughter and my mother were each 36 when they had their first and only children. Both healthy. I know she will be beautiful. You take care.

You will make a good parent but I think those poor "doggie children" of yours are going to be mighty jealous!

Hey congrats! And yes! It's true what they say that you can never know what someone experiences till you walk in their shoes!
Have you required a bigger shoe size yet?

She's so cool-- sitting there with folded arms, chillin'.
Sometimes you really need to wonder why people always exaggerate their labor experiences
just to scary you. I mean, like, they are not helping for sure.

Hey, Sir Strat!!
I've missed you and being around here lately! Yeah, I think another word for those people's actions would be groping! I'm getting groped and not enjoying it!

Temple,
No, no tail. Horns, yes, but no tail. Yes, I'm sure my mom is giggling at me. Especially whenever the baby sticks her head out of my belly. It does look funny but feels even weirder!

No doubt, HolyG!!
What's up wit 'dat? Oh, yeah and the ultrasound pics here are from the 2D one, not the regular doctor's office ones. They're much clearer. The cool thing was that we could actually see what she looks like (the baby is all formed but just gets bigger now) and we saw her face in detail. Gotta love modern technology!! BTW, I got your email, thanks. And, yes, I read the letter. Brought me to tears, of course. That was very thoughtful of him!

well, hey there, Young Miss!
Glad to see you and yer young un' back! I know it's been a wild time for you, and I hope all is well.
It is funny what people think is okay and not okay. I can't imagine walking up to anyone I know, much less a total stranger, and rub a belly. Isn't that something called, you now, frotage? Isn't that against the law?
And don't forget about all those old women who had "Bat Boy." I guess that makes sense -- a bunch of loud mouthed old bats....
Take care, Young Miss! See ya around!

Hey, is that a tail I see in the picture?
Well, your kid will figure out how to hide it by the time she's born.

Don't forget NOT to push the alien head back in every weekend morning. That's a biggie. Pretty soon she'll be big enough to kick you in the tonsils if she indeed doesn't like it like you think. Ouch! I think she's trying to push your belly button out. Once again, she's YOURS. Oh yeah, Ma's laughing her ass off right now just waiting to see the showdown. xo

I've always wondered why people who would normally never think of touching a stranger feel that it's acceptable t touch a pregnant woman's belly. Weird....I love the pictures! You can see her so clearly.

Spitfire...
the ultra sound shows her profile so perfectly! So glad she has 2 instead of 3 arms!
The only advise I'm going to offer you is to enjoy every minute of this especially how it feels when she moves! Glad you're back to writing! Glad all is well and calming down for you! XO
