What I like about you & so many other bloggers, is that U do visit sometime
--and that means that we recognize each other as part of this family of Blogitania-- part of this community. Sunnybeach7 - we tend to view Blogit from our own little cliquish
compartments and if we are busy answering comments etc., we feel the site is busy.
But I notice a big difference overall in the past year or so from the first couple of years I was here. I think the site has substantially less traffic than in the past (but this is just my opinion). Until just recently, I had never seen a post sit as the most recent post in a popular category for 10 or 11 hours. In one of the categories I post in regularly, it used to be unusual to see an hour pass between entries, now it is unusual to see more than one post in the same hour. If I were to guess as to why this happening; all novelties such as blogging was 4 years ago will eventually wear off. Once the novelty factor is gone, real competition for the individual's entertainment hours begins. In the case of blogging; competition has increased exponentially over the past few years, the market becomes fragmented, the slice of the pie held by Blogit inevitably becomes smaller. I don't want to sound all doomy and gloomy but we must consider the accelerated lifespan of trends on the world wide web, the recent changes to Blogit in the way of upgrades etc. are a recognition of these realities.

Hahahaha, how much of a mess could you make with a toilet?
I should ask Afzal to ask his son if they put flowers in the toilet there. His son is in management with some big hotel chain there.

No but yesterday I decided I was going to decorate my toilet bowl just like they do in big hotels..so I started out with dandelions which failed horribly, the a daisy..and today some rose petals..I think it makes everyone want to sing...

In some ways Blogit suck big time. Which is why I haven't been in here much lately. Trying a different blogsite can be a revelation.
What it comes down to in my mins is ; do you want a blogsite, or a chatroom? I didn't come here for a chatroom.
