Nautikos - Is this what you are speaking of?

"As in (when compared to) Christian prophecy, Islamic end time prophecy talks of a Day of Judgment, one called Qiyamah.  The Judgment Day - Qiyamah - parallel is just one of several similarities between Christian and Islamic doomsday prophecy.  Besides Qiyamah, Islamic prophecy about the end time talks of cataclysmic events, a Great War (Al-Malhamah Al-Kubrah), the emergence of a savior (Imam Mahdi), the return of Jesus (the Prophet Isa), and the presence of a false prophet (the Dajjal) in the period leading to Qiyamah." {I clipped the preceding article somewhere}

Hello anybody home? The myths these religious loonies adhere to as some kind of truth makes me shudder. Fanaticism wears many coats and holds many allegiences, too bad the religious knuckleheads can't harness this human energy and convert it to a positive outcome. Of some sort anyways. ....instead I fear these Lillipution like differences will be our species' undoing.

Gome -
Remember, not all of us Christians believe in that doomsday scenario found in Revelations.
