You haven't seen The Day After Tomorrow? Global Warming LEADS to the
next ice age because the salt incline of the north Atlantic declines, because the ice melts, SEE?

Re: Scriber--right Justi--I think, like you, that the Bible is in some
other weight.  And it is obvious that the earth is warming;  the question is how fast it will continue to warm, or if it will continue, I guess.

Re: Scriber==Well, you don't have to be Gore to know the icebergs are
melting, and anyone can tell that there is a climate change.  I have noticed it for the last ten years at least, but we are on a small earth streaking through limitless sky, and to suggest there would no be change, goes against common sense and history as we know it.  Change has been going on for millions of years...

I am not suggesting anyone believe this, I just happen to, because I am a believer. The Bible says in the last days there will be hail stones that weigh 80 lbs. I believe it is 80 they are in some other weights. But we are only seeing the tip of the iceburg that Gore says is melting.

Re: Its scary how weather patterns in the whole world are going belly up.--
It is enough to scare anyone;  but the process should be slow and hopefully there will be time to adjust.  I do not believe that anyone knows at this time what, if anything, is causing the warm weather other than nature.  There has always been change.

Its scary how weather patterns in the whole world are going belly up.
In new Zealand we are threatened by melting icecaps drowning the whole island.  Then there are the sceptics who say this is natural development and nothing to do with global warming or cooling.  who to believe?

Re: NAJWA--For the next few months, I predict hot weather out west...
Michigan is a little warmer than it was 20 years ago, but still not too bad.  Hope you have air conditioning NAJWA...

Re: Well I just wish it wasn't happening directly over my head--Seriously,
Michigan probably has better weather than most states.   But the Midwest in general is not too bad when it comes to "killer" weather.

Well I just wish it wasn't happening directly over my head
And that tin roof sounds great. I always like to hear it against canvas when camping. There was a scent and to this day when I smell it....it brings back good memories.

Re: scriber, no real purpose--Beg to disagree; the ex VP got a lot
of publicity on his global warming.  This first report, by me, of global cooling, manifested in large hail, should win me a few points.

Re: scriber--Offy--this was odd until I identified the source of the sound;
I have a tin roof over my car port, and it gives a sort of drumming sound; rat a tat, tat. It's stopped now and moved on.  Going East I think.  Doesn't usually go in your direction.
