me -- either Teddy Roosevelt's Bull Moose (Progressive)
or maybe Green.

Elect Ralph Nader

or

lacking him as a candidate

Alfred E. Neuman

not the lookalike we have there now.

Re: Ron Paul would make a great President, but he is not a major player.

Sarooster;

He isn't a major player now but once he receives name recognition from hard campaigning and donations; he can become a major player.  I don't believe that grass-root Republicans are completely satisfied with Guiliani, Romney, McCain and the others.  Let the people decide if he is a major player not the press or the party hacks.

                                                                                                       All the best,

Wavy
Sounds like a good man! Of course, he'd never get my vote - 'cause I'm a Canadian, lol. And without that, I don't think his prospects are very high...

But WavyDavy, the problem remains that the best people qualified for the
job rarely make it into the primaries, let alone make it halfway through them.  It is indeed a rare occasion to see a highly qualified person actually being considered for the presidency.  With a little luck, maybe Ron Paul will get his shot...

wrong attitude.

"a vote for him is a waste of time" this type of attitude is the major reason for the poor condition of the people in my country.(india), i wish we had sm1 like ron paul to vote for.

seems like a gr8 fellow.

Ron Paul would make a great President, but he is not a major player.
A vote for him is just a waste of time even if he is the best man in the race.
