Maybe, maybe not. I'll not point fingers and lay blame until all the
markers are in, WLee. Could those professionals who examined Cho have done a better job? I don't know. Everyone seems so intent on going after the authorities and the mental health professionals. What if they did their jobs to the best of their abilities and Cho simply fell through the cracks? It happens. There is a lot of information about Cho we do not yet know, so I'll reserve my opinion on who should shoulder most of the blame, if anyone, until after more is known.
