No, Mademoiselle, communalism are two different things in fact opposites in
a way.
One is about basing yourself on projecting any one religion is superior to another and discriminating between the practitioners of one and the other.
The other is about people being together as a commune where "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" is the order of the day.
