Thats how I got my name here. I procrastinate like hell
always finding something more pleasant or interesting to do. You are doing things the right way. Its not much fun waiting on someone else to make desicions which affect your happiness.

Yes, you're doing the right thing. It's always a good idea to let the man pursue the woman. And if he doesn't chase (to quote the title of the book) "He's Not That Into You".
Some men get scared off by women who chase or are too easily available and others take advantage of such women.
