No dear they happened on the same day..that's why I think there was a connection of sorts. I wish they would do a follow up, but the VA Tech tragedy has dominated the news..I am sure they will get back to it though..The boy in Tx climbed up the slide and immediately started screaming..his Dad went to see what was wrong and in doing so placed his hand on the slide. He felt it immediately and got the boy down...thank Gawd cause it could have been far worse. Such a sick thing to do..no place seems safe anymore..

Sunny--both incidents, Baltimore and in Virginia this week, are painful
We need to pray for them all, and for the perpetrators who need God badly before they kill/injure/maim again. But our outrage MUST be used to educate, reform and catch these "sinners" before they sin again. Jesus said he forgives us, but to keep sinning is not repentance or Christian living. We enable bad people by not catching signs, even from the medical & mental health systems. It is worse when sexual predators are quietly released into suburban or other communities where children are assumed to be safe. shalomfromneil

Same exact thing...It was really odd because it happened in two parts of the country around the same time...I wonder if there is an internet connection these heathens have? Maybe and if so that might help bring the ones in Tx to justice..
